Requirements
- •Bachelor/Masters/PhD Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science
- •More than 10 years of industry experience
- •Experience in definition of system architectures for semiconductor products
- •Experience in Automotive semiconductor development flow
- •In-depth understanding of Automotive grade quality
- •Familiarity with ISO9000, AEC-Q100 and/or ISO26262 quality systems
- •Highly organized and structured way of working
- •Experience in NFC/RFID and/or other wireless radio technologies
- •Experience in system integration and hardware reference designs
- •Good understanding of product development lifecycle and processes
- •Good communication, documentation, abstraction and presentation skills
- •Experience in leading global teams technically
- •Customer facing technical lead role experience

- •Develop actionable product requirements based on customer needs
- •Create system architecture considering Hardware-Software Co-design and trade-offs
- •Ensure quality and guide the team in Automotive development programs
- •Develop integration and validation plans with the interdisciplinary team
- •Support product development during implementation and validation phases
- •Drive product quality targets throughout the project life cycle
- •Interface with lead customers from product definition to production ramp-up
