Requirements

  • •Bachelor/Masters/PhD Engineering degree in Electronics/Computer Science
  • •More than 10 years of industry experience
  • •Experience in definition of system architectures for semiconductor products
  • •Experience in Automotive semiconductor development flow
  • •In-depth understanding of Automotive grade quality
  • •Familiarity with ISO9000, AEC-Q100 and/or ISO26262 quality systems
  • •Highly organized and structured way of working
  • •Experience in NFC/RFID and/or other wireless radio technologies
  • •Experience in system integration and hardware reference designs
  • •Good understanding of product development lifecycle and processes
  • •Good communication, documentation, abstraction and presentation skills
  • •Experience in leading global teams technically
  • •Customer facing technical lead role experience

Tasks

  • •Analyze Automotive customer use cases with product management and marketing
  • •Develop actionable product requirements based on customer needs
  • •Create system architecture considering Hardware-Software Co-design and trade-offs
  • •Ensure quality and guide the team in Automotive development programs
  • •Develop integration and validation plans with the interdisciplinary team
  • •Support product development during implementation and validation phases
  • •Drive product quality targets throughout the project life cycle
  • •Interface with lead customers from product definition to production ramp-up
