- Expertise in selling critical enterprise business applications (ERP, Big Data, Analytics software infrastructures like SAP or Oracle) to Eastern Europe markets
- Partnering, innovating, and making things happen
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Bachelor’s degree; Advanced University or MBA preferred
- 5+ years of IT sales experience, preferably with SAP consulting partners or hyperscalers
- Experience selling ERP/RDBMS, especially SAP
- Portfolio of trusting customers
- Viewed as expert in given field by company and customer
- Considered a mentor of selling strategy, including designing strategy
- Ability to demonstrate achievement of progressively higher quota diversity of business customer, and higher-level customer interface
