- Set the strategy for the autoinjector device platform
- Develop a global device and packaging lifecycle strategy
- Adapt a global device and packaging lifecycle strategy
- Maintain a global device and packaging lifecycle strategy
- Guide the design of autoinjector device core technology
- Standardize autoinjector device core technology
- Oversee technical teams creating platform technology solutions
- Oversee technical teams deploying platform technology solutions
- Oversee technical teams maintaining platform technology solutions
- Own the end-to-end device platform strategy
- Provide a mature device platform portfolio
- Implement molecule-agnostic device platform families
- Embed industrialization requirements early
- Embed commercialization requirements early
- Translate platform strategy into utility
- Manage a technical team driving platform development
- Manage a technical team driving platform maturation
- Drive molecule-agnostic activities for design technology
- Create and maintain device platform DHFs
- Ensure sound technical rigor from the technology team
- Utilize product design expertise
