Requirements
- Degree in engineering (Technical University for Applied Science, BSc or MSc)
- Several years of experience in mechanical equipment development/engineering
- Broad technical expertise in general plant design and engineering
- Willingness to assume responsibility
- Ability to work very independently
- Structured approach to work
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Sound knowledge of CAD (preferably AutoCad and Inventor)
- Very good written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel internationally at short notice (approx. 10%)
Tasks
- Develop and execute core engineering
- Improve design for cost, quality, and functionality
- Adapt engineering to customer requests
- Support sales team in defining innovative solutions
- Manage efficient and timely engineering execution
- Ensure efficient modeling and detailed engineering
- Collaborate with project managers, procurement, workshops, and subcontractors
- Familiarize with equipment during on-site operations
Work Experience
- approx. 1 - 4 years
Education
- Vocational certificationOR
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
Languages
- English – Business Fluent
