  • •Swift and determined execution of experimental tasks
  • •Experience in data processing and data visualization
  • •Experience in cleanroom environments highly appreciated
  • •Independent, structured, and analytical working style
  • •Ability to report experimental results clearly
  • •Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Tasks

  • •Conduct a comprehensive literature review of Bosch Process principles
  • •Analyze critical parameters and their influence on wafer uniformity
  • •Research recent trends in Bosch-process technologies
  • •Characterize production equipment for silicon etch and deposition uniformity
  • •Evaluate breakthrough-etch and overall process uniformity
  • •Analyze uniformity as a function of TSV depth
  • •Probe individual process steps for robustness
  • •Optimize uniformity using Design of Experiment settings
  • •Develop an optimized Bosch process sequence
