  • Manage dual quality assurance processes
  • Analyze dual sourcing challenges in aerospace
  • Consider low production volumes
  • Address strict regulatory frameworks (EASA/FAA)
  • Account for long product lifecycles
  • Conduct qualitative interviews with experts
  • Perform quantitative Total Cost of Ownership analysis
  • Develop a Decision-Support Framework
  • Develop a Maturity Model
  • Guide selection of commodity groups for Dual Sourcing
