Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, Higher Level Diploma, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in MDM, MDG, Data Quality
- Strong expertise in MDG and Data Quality tools
- Solid understanding of SAP MM module (highly desirable)
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders
- Experience managing complex processes
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Independence, pragmatism, detail-orientation
- Systematic approach to work
- Fluent English
- German language skills (nice to have)

Tasks
- Partner with business stakeholders, GKUs, and IT teams.
- Act as trusted contact for master data processes.
- Provide advisory support for master data processes.
- Serve as primary MDG/DQ contact and application owner.
- Ensure smooth MDG/DQ operations and tool adoption.
- Drive continuous process improvements for MDG/DQ.
- Lead MDM tool administration and lifecycle management.
- Strategically optimize MDM tools (TIBCO, Informatica, ServiceNow, SharePoint, OneSonova).
- Ensure MDM tool stability, performance, and business alignment.
- Define, implement, and enforce data governance policies, workflows, and programming rules.
- Ensure high data quality and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor data quality and resolve complex issues.
- Identify process improvement opportunities.
- Serve as Global Key User (GKU) for master data.
- Support material creation, enrichment, and distribution processes.
- Support material launch, phase-out, and deletion processes.
- Develop global training for Material Master Data users.
- Implement and facilitate global training programs.
- Ensure training adoption, accessibility, and continuous improvement.
- Coach, mentor, and develop MDM team members.
- Share expertise in MDG and DQ tools.
- Foster MDM team effectiveness.
