Requirements
- •University degree (preferably PhD) in a relevant area or equivalent
- •Can-do mentality, adaptability to changes, enthusiasm for digitalization and process automation
- •Excellent knowledge of analytical approaches and practical experience in handling complex analytical equipment
- •Excellent in MS data evaluation software and computer tools
- •Proficient with laboratory and/or technical equipment
- •Proficient scientific/technical writing and presentation skills
- •Future-Ready/Digital First mindset, leveraging data and digital tools
- •Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is a plus
- •Broad knowledge in protein/peptide/glycan separation approaches
- •Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and R

Tasks
- •Design and plan analytical experiments using state-of-the-art equipment
- •Document and perform analytical experiments for protein characterization
- •Review and approve raw data, evaluating and interpreting results
- •Manage and maintain analytical equipment and specialized facilities
- •Ensure compliance with quality, ethics, health, safety, and environmental standards
- •Write protocols, scientific reports, and procedures independently
- •Develop and optimize analytical methods and implement new technologies
- •Conduct literature searches and facilitate knowledge exchange
- •Collaborate with other groups and sites based on project requirements
- •Lead associates in dedicated scientific tasks, providing guidance and training
- •Participate in or lead function-specific sub-teams and project tasks
