Requirements

• •Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or similar
• •3+ years experience in analytical or strategy roles
• •Ridehailing, Micromobility, or Food delivery industry knowledge
• •Experience in marketplace or building businesses
• •Multi-stream project management and stakeholder coordination
• •Analytical background with SQL and data visualization
• •Experience in A/B testing and statistical analysis
• •Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• •Strategic mindset balancing vision with actions
• •Innovative approach to improving processes and tools
• •Strong communication and synthesis skills
• •Ability to drive decision making across markets

Tasks

• •Steer marketplace performance across several European markets
• •Monitor daily and monthly marketplace health
• •Identify issues and propose concrete optimization actions
• •Plan and implement weekly rider and driver incentives
• •Allocate budgets between demand and supply sides
• •Report on weekly performance and initiative results
• •Adjust incentive setups to ensure optimal performance
• •Support product initiatives for pricing and allocation
