Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing Communications with Project Management and holistic marketing experience
- Minimum 3 years of marketing & communications experience in a global matrix organization
- Strong project management, content creation, creative, and design skills
- Demonstrated success in producing high-impact presentations and materials for internal and external customers, including C-level
- Very strong coordination and cross-functional management skills
- In-depth Microsoft Office knowledge, expert PowerPoint proficiency
- Strong Microsoft 365 tools proficiency (Planner, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience using project management and workflow tools
- Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages a plus
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Self-motivation, ability to work with ambiguity and tight deadlines, multiple project management
- Self-reliance and high degree of autonomy
- Adaptive learning, quick mastery of new tools/templates/processes, adaptability to evolving business needs and shifting commercial priorities
- Exceptional quality and detail orientation, accuracy, brand compliance, high-quality execution, attention to layout/clarity/visual coherence
- Collaborative teamwork, strong relationship building with diverse stakeholders
Tasks
- Develop clear, persuasive, customer-centric content
- Transform insights into consistent customer narratives
- Design polished, impactful presentations and sales collateral
- Create tailored customer presentations with Commercial teams
- Ensure compliance of customer-facing materials with brand standards
- Support management of the commercial project pipeline
- Provide marketing and creative support to internal teams
- Supply brand and visual assets for customer events
- Conduct research and generate content for ad-hoc requests
- Collaborate with key brands for consistent marketing
- Highlight brand USPs in marketing materials
- Liaise with external partners for marketing collateral delivery
- Provide ad-hoc graphic design support
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of events
- Assist teams with event-specific branding needs
