Requirements
- Solid experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management, or related commercial role
- Experience in Specialty Care environment; exposure to anti-infectives is an advantage
- Ability to navigate Swiss and Austrian healthcare systems; strong learning agility and adaptability
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in cross-functional, matrix environment
- Confidence working with omnichannel and digital marketing approaches
- Previous experience in use of Veeva or Sharman would be an advantage
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance, regulations, and best practices
- Structured, pragmatic working style with clear prioritisation and ownership
- Positive, constructive mindset with ability to navigate complexity and change
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- High degree of professionalism and strong commitment to ethics and compliance
Tasks
- Drive customer engagement strategies in AT and CH
- Develop and implement brand strategies across all channels
- Localize global marketing campaigns for local relevance
- Act as primary interface between global and local marketing
- Ensure marketing compliance with local and global standards
- Collaborate with Sales team to integrate marketing initiatives
- Monitor and optimize customer engagement performance
- Plan and coordinate participation in key events and congresses
- Manage event logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination
- Secure approval for event-related content
- Contribute to new product launch plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launch activities
- Ensure aligned and timely execution within budget
- Share learnings and best practices for continuous improvement
