Leading omnichannel marketing for EMEA Export distributors, localizing global strategies. 8-10 years marketing experience, multi-market oversight required. 24 months paid parental leave.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of marketing experience
- Strong marketing oversight experience across multiple markets (EMEA preferred)
- Experience working with distributors or local market partners
- Proven ability to localize global marketing strategies for regional execution
- Experience managing omnichannel marketing initiatives (digital, retail, social media)
- Budget planning and monitoring experience
- Capability to assess, review, and evaluate local marketing performance
- Process management and optimization skills
- Motivation, guidance, and support of local contributors
- Cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
Tasks
- Lead omnichannel marketing and communication strategies
- Support third-party distributors and partners
- Act as main interface between global brand marketing teams and EMEA Export distributors
- Implement omnichannel marketing campaigns in priority markets
- Localize global marketing strategies to fit local needs
- Develop and monitor local sell-through strategies
- Manage EMEA Export marketing budget
- Coordinate local communication plans
- Align local sports marketing with global guidelines
- Guide local marketing contributors on retail, trade, D2C, and wholesale
- Support and oversee distributor-led social media strategies
- Manage quarterly social media performance reports
- Ensure compliance with brand policies and e-commerce standards
- Coordinate e-commerce and cybersecurity projects
- Co-lead seasonal distributor meetings
- Report marketing KPIs and insights
