- 4+ years of marketing analytics experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Metabase, Pigment, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Experience in global technology companies (advantageous)
- Familiarity with subscription or freemium models (advantageous)
- Practical knowledge of Python (advantageous)
- Understanding of privacy-first marketing measurement (advantageous)
Tasks
- Collaborate with PMM to develop awareness campaign measurement plans
- Design geo tests and dashboards to evaluate market success
- Implement models connecting brand awareness to user sign-ups
- Develop measurement setups for the PMM testing roadmap
- Provide topline marketing KPIs for monthly and quarterly reporting
- Build dashboards visualizing channel and campaign performance
- Revamp the Attribution Dashboard to improve usability
- Define performance measurement frameworks for overarching marketing channels
- Integrate marketing measurement requirements into the company-wide analytics platform
- Partner with the Affiliate Lead to derive optimization insights
- Collaborate with Performance and Influencer leads on actionable optimizations
- Map and document the performance marketing data ecosystem
- Streamline performance reporting by managing Pigment dashboard ownership
