- Develop, maintain, and distribute agendas and protocols
- Coordinate and organize workshops and meetings
- Participate in administrative and financial workflows for marketing activities
- Handle vendor and payment processes for external vendors
- Handle and approve invoices
- Create necessary forms
- Ensure adherence to SOPs
- Collaborate and communicate with assistant group
- Provide general office administration
- Provide backup for other assistants
- Provide backup for order management
