In this role, you will engage with a dynamic marketing team to support campaigns and events across the Alpine region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include organizing events, adapting marketing materials, and managing vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• •Apprenticeship or similar in a related field
• •Proven experience in marketing support in Health Care
• •Experience in event coordination and management
• •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines
• •Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability
• •Proficiency in English and German
• •French language skills
• •Experience in working in an international environment
• •Knowledge of SAP
• •Travel may be required within countries of responsibilities
• •International travel may be required (less than 10%)
• •Legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status

Tasks

• •Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns
• •Organize events in Austria and Switzerland
• •Handle registrations, materials, and samples for events
• •Review and adapt local marketing materials
• •Maintain vendor relationships
• •Oversee new vendor setup
• •Create purchase orders
• •Follow up on invoices
• •Provide administrative support to local marketing teams
