Marketing & Communications (MarCom) Junior for Industrial & IoT(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Curiosity and drive to learn technical topics
• Ability to organize projects and manage multiple tasks
• Natural navigation of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and basic web CMS platforms
• Passion for learning and collaborating with global teams
• Conscious and reliable way of working for security tasks

Tasks

• Drive the marketing communication plan for selected product ranges
• Partner with subject matter experts to generate content and messaging
• Manage customer-focused promotional programs and integrated marketing campaigns
• Execute global product launches in alignment with the mass market team
• Collaborate with the internal creative team and global agencies to develop marketing collateral, videos, and social media content
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and promoting webinars
• Coordinate with speakers and internal teams to gather content and logistics
• Support post-event follow-up, including content edits and performance tracking
• Work with the event management team to coordinate logistics for industry and NXP-owned events
• Organize promotional assets, event briefs, and booth materials
• Track deadlines, shipments, and post-event recaps
