  • Native or bilingual German speaker with strong professional English
  • Experience using CRM and sales/marketing tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, remote environment

  • Achieve monthly pipeline quotas and outbound activity goals
  • Build product and industry knowledge through self-learning and team shadowing
  • Represent TraceGains at field marketing events and webinars
  • Understand buyer personas and tailor messaging for stakeholders
  • Support campaign execution with customer and sales insights
  • Increase lead quality and revenue conversion
  • Gain understanding of inbound and outbound lead flows and funnel stages
