Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in manufacturing, production, or manufacturing systems roles
  • Experience in electronics, hardware, aerospace, automotive, or complex production settings
  • Experience improving production systems, processes, or factory workflows
  • Ability to analyze manufacturing data for process improvements
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, documentation
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Legal eligibility to work in a firearms environment (for some roles)

Tasks

  • Support and optimize manufacturing systems.
  • Support and optimize production processes and workflows.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Identify and implement tooling improvements.
  • Identify and implement production system improvements.
  • Troubleshoot technical manufacturing issues.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions.
  • Develop and maintain process flows.
  • Develop and maintain system procedures.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI).
  • Ensure manufacturing readiness for NPI.
  • Ensure process stability for NPI.
  • Analyze manufacturing and operational data.
  • Identify trends in data.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams.
  • Improve manufacturing yield.
  • Reduce product defects.
  • Stabilize manufacturing processes.
  • Support implementation of MES, ERP, tracking tools.
  • Support improvement of MES, ERP, tracking tools.
  • Contribute to Lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Contribute to operational excellence programs.
  • Standardize manufacturing processes.
  • Improve production performance visibility.
