- Solid GMP operations experience
Tasks
- Execute manufacturing activities following cGMP guidelines
- Ensure successful batch execution and evaluate results
- Troubleshoot equipment and recommend technical resolutions
- Support safety and environmental risk assessments
- Implement and control defined operational measures
- Prepare electronic batch records and SOPs
- Review production documentation for quality standards
- Manage deviations, change requests, and CAPA implementation
- Train manufacturing staff on equipment and operations
- Serve as deputy for the Shift Team Lead
