Requirements

  • Technical or scientific Master’s degree in modelling/simulation of technical systems
  • Proven experience in model based virtualization and system simulation
  • Experience in mobile machinery or commercial vehicles
  • Advanced know how in MATLAB/Simulink, Simscape or comparable tools
  • Solid technical understanding across mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, and software
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communicative skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Fluent English
  • German language skills

Tasks

  • Drive transition to fully model-based and virtual engineering
  • Develop and validate innovative crane functions through simulation
  • Define and implement MBSE/MBD methods, tools, and standards
  • Set up and lead international virtualization teams and projects
  • Strengthen global development network
  • Establish knowledge management and KPI tracking
