- Achieve or exceed KPIs for delivery requirements and customer demand
- Oversee transportation budget and operational costs
- Support the development of a world-class transportation model
- Champion operational updates with EMEA carriers and parcel services
- Integrate supply chain network for seamless customer service
- Design and manage a strong transportation claims process
- Ensure efficient product flow from suppliers to customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service and identify cost savings
- Introduce new strategic transportation routing options
- Implement cross-functional process improvements
- Manage special programs for footwear and apparel
- Adapt global transportation policies to the EMEA network
- Establish and maintain relationships with EMEA carriers and vendors
- Negotiate transportation lead times and service agreements
- Perform quarterly business reviews with service providers
- Create and maintain logistics standard operating procedures
- Analyze transportation data and recommend cost reduction strategies
- Maintain benchmarking reports for performance metrics
- Lead and train team members for high-quality execution
- Guide team through the 3PL bid process
- Inspire team members to achieve business and customer results
- Manage team culture and support career development
- Cross-train team members for coverage
