- Plan for supply chain disruptions
- Diversify suppliers and build robust models
- Streamline workflows and processes
- Implement best-practice planning methods
- Support adoption of digital tools (ERP, S&OP/IBP, analytics)
- Participate in business development activities
- Engage in marketing activities and events
- Expand knowledge on value chain topics
- Contribute to SCM team development
