- Professional experience in information security/cybersecurity governance/ISMS
- Governing enterprise security architecture across multiple domains (IT, product, cloud, OT)
- Conceptual mastery of Secure-by-design principles, Reference architectures, Control baselines and guardrails
- Experience chairing or approving security architecture reviews with binding outcomes
- Working knowledge of ISMS governance aligned to ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, CRA, TISAX, IEC 52443, ISO/IEC 42001
- Operating as risk authority
- Executive communication skills with CIO/CTO/CISO, Senior leadership, Audit bodies

- Own ISMS framework, policies, and requirements
- Manage risk assessment and treatment processes
- Develop enterprise security architecture
- Implement secure-by-design governance
- Define security requirements for domains
- Lead vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of security governance products
- Orchestrate formal risk acceptance governance
