- Good understanding of CLP regulation and requirements (incl. labeling)
- Fluent English
- Advantageous French language skills
- Bachelor or Master in cosmetics or sciences (Biology, Pharmacy, Chemistry)
- Self-starter
- Willingness to learn new areas and develop expertise
- Proficiency with MS-Office
- High command of IT in general
- Quick learner of new software and systems
- Ability to present and train others
Tasks
- Contribute to regulatory compliance
- Enable global product marketing
- Manage regulatory aspects of cosmetic products developed in Versoix
- Guide stakeholders on product compliance
- Approve product formulas, labeling, packaging, communication
- Review technical documents for PIFs and dossiers
- Approve technical documents for PIFs and dossiers
- Issue technical documents for PIFs and dossiers
- Review compliance for non-cosmetic products
- Lead projects to meet timelines
- Interact with functions across Coty locations
- Resolve product registration challenges
- Follow up with internal functions on documentation
- Lead and guide team members
- Support team member development

- 7 - 10 years
Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
