- Practical application of LEAN principles, shop floor management, and operational curve methodology

- Identify and resolve bottlenecks

- Collaborate with Purchasing to identify material risks
- Execute mitigation measures
- Maintain schedule integrity
- Coordinate with Order Management
- Develop recovery scenarios
- Safeguard customer delivery timelines
- Lead shop floor planning
- Ensure balanced workload release
- Maintain flow and efficiency
