- Increase efficiency, transparency, and automation
- Lead end-to-end procurement process development
- Monitor and enhance process effectiveness
- Align processes with global business strategy
- Safeguard regional procurement process excellence
- Enforce best practices and governance frameworks
- Embed a customer-centric mindset in procurement
- Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders
- Lead the strategic process transformation pillar
- Manage resource planning and team qualifications
- Oversee procurement-related CAPEX initiatives
- Support business cases and project prioritization
- Define and enforce process KPIs and PPIs
- Measure performance and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with Global Business Process Templates
- Support regional and global process harmonization
- Interface between Procurement, IT, and transformation teams
- Deliver sustainable and automated process solutions
- Review and audit process designs and performance
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Report project status and risks to leadership
- Escalate process deviations and challenges
- Provide subject matter expertise on procurement processes
- Evaluate external best practices and feasibility
- Contribute to governance gate reviews
- Manage process-related change requests
- Execute additional excellence and transformation tasks
