Requirements

  • Strong facilitation expertise, ability to design and lead executive-level workshops
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, talent for building trust and influencing at all levels
  • Experience in international, cross-functional teams; exceptional written and spoken English
  • Analytical, adaptable, proactive problem-solving approach
  • Willingness to occasionally travel internationally
  • Degree in organizational development, business administration, lean management or related field (plus)
  • Additional European and/or Asian language skills (highly appreciated)
