Requirements

  • Proven experience and mindset in organizational development, change management, or similar role, ideally in post-merger or transformation context
  • Strong facilitation expertise, ability to design and lead executive-level workshops
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, talent for building trust and influencing at all levels
  • Experience in international, cross-functional teams; exceptional written and spoken English
  • Analytical, adaptable, proactive problem-solving approach
  • Willingness to occasionally travel internationally
  • Degree in organizational development, business administration, lean management or related field (plus)
  • Additional European and/or Asian language skills (highly appreciated)

Tasks

  • Lead and shape the post-merger organizational development agenda
  • Strengthen strategy execution, structures, processes, and culture
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership
  • Enhance team collaboration, alignment, and effectiveness
  • Design and facilitate high-impact workshops
  • Enable new ways of working and problem-solving
  • Serve as an internal consultant and sparring partner
  • Provide real-time feedback and guidance to leaders
  • Support teams during change and transformation
  • Design and facilitate key organizational milestones
  • Lead engagement initiatives
  • Foster belonging and shared purpose
  • Recognize team achievements
  • Act as a cultural ambassador and role model
  • Embody and promote core values
  • Develop and implement target deployment processes
  • Monitor target deployment processes
  • Ensure strategic alignment and clarity
