Tasks
- Develop and activate the Foodservice product portfolio
- Manage the assortment with internal stakeholders and market organizations
- Define a roadmap to drive market segment business
- Collaborate with R&D, Pricing, and Sales to steer projects
- Monitor competitors and prepare detailed competitive analyses
- Analyze customer menus to identify sales potential
- Support the sales team during customer visits and presentations
- Partner with Account Managers to manage specific customer relationships
- Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback
- Communicate portfolio updates throughout the organization
- Conduct in-house trainings on the Foodservice portfolio
