- Align digital solutions with go-to-market strategy and sales needs
- Map planning journeys with interdisciplinary teams
- Translate technical requirements into clear roadmaps
- Design scalable, intuitive digital solutions
- Evaluate needs from National Sales Companies and external users
- Convert needs into actionable specifications and implementation plans
- Drive automation and AI use cases for planning accuracy
- Reduce manual effort in system design
- Strengthen usability of system design tools
- Establish governance and documentation structures
- Create third-level support structures for collaboration
- Enable knowledge sharing across markets
