- •Degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
- •Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience
- •Experience in SAP GTS, HTS and ECCN classification
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- •Fluency in English and German
- •French language skills as a plus

- •Document and update trade compliance processes

- •Manage third-party broker contracts and renewals
- •Oversee HTS classification and escalation support

- •Manage and implement EMEA trade systems
- •Optimize customs special procedures like IPR
- •Resolve origin and Free Trade Agreement issues
- •Manage supply chain security programs like AEO
- •Maintain customs records per legal requirements
- •Drive duty savings using trade data analytics
- •Resolve operational compliance emergencies
- •Analyze data for duty mitigation opportunities
- •Provide due diligence and M&A support
- •Collaborate cross-functionally on corporate planning
