- Data Center experience
- MEP engineering knowledge and construction experience
- Additional knowledge in CSA engineering
- Familiarity with engineering analysis tools such as ETAP, 6Sigma CFD
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems such as Revit
- Proficiency in design, development, and commissioning stages
- Excellent communication skills
Tasks
- Collaborate with leadership to allocate engineering resources
- Cultivate a culture of excellence in engineering practices
- Build and lead a skilled engineering team
- Mentor subject matter experts for professional growth
- Guide the engineering team through project lifecycles
- Ensure engineering activities meet quality standards
- Support key engineering decisions and resource management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project delivery
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support sales in customer engagement
- Review deliverables to ensure high-quality engineering work
- Implement emergency response procedures
- Document lessons learned for future use
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Strategically plan resource allocation based on project complexity
- Travel across Mainland Europe for on-site support
