Manager, Digital Merchandising EMEA(m/w/x)
Creating seasonal stories and category navigation for EMEA ecommerce. 5-7 years digital merchandising experience required. Hybrid remote work, 2 days in office.
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Germany
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Commerce, Supply Chain/Analytics, or related field
- 5–7 years in digital merchandising/ecommerce trading, inventory flow and availability management
- Ability to translate data and inventory into merchandising action
- Experience in matrixed, regional/global environments
- Experience using Digital Merchandising and Search management software
- Strong working knowledge of ecommerce platforms, analytics tools
- Proactive issue root cause identification and solution development
- Flexibility and adaptability when faced with ambiguity
- Balancing autonomy and collaboration
- Inspiring breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement

Tasks
- Execute EMEA digital merchandising strategy
- Maintain category architecture and navigation
- Create collections, landing pages, and seasonal stories
- Prioritize guest clarity, technical credibility, and availability
- Analyze merchandising performance and convert insights
- Define and track KPIs for conversion, AOV, revenue, and product discovery
- Analyze performance by activity, category, market, and season
- Develop product recommendation strategies through reporting and A/B testing
- Optimize on-site search with frequent audits and rule optimization
- Build performance narratives for leadership and global partners
- Partner with Planning, DC Operations, and Transportation
- Translate inventory positions into merchandising actions
- Prioritize hero SKUs, size runs, and colorways
- Manage early and late arrivals
- Ensure reliable availability across EMEA
- Coordinate with Global/Regional partners on allocation and replenishment
- Define and track inventory-linked KPIs
- Build assortment health views and recommend re-merchandising moves
- Identify early demand signals and communicate hero SKU opportunities
- Partner with Planning on buy-read guidance and in-season rebuys
- Own back-in-stock strategy with CRM
- Set prioritization logic, timing, and PDP messaging
- Establish cadenced reporting and action reviews
- Lead EMEA seasonal execution aligned to climate and demand
- Partner with Planning on inventory strategy and hero product focus
- Ensure timely execution of launches and campaigns
- Serve as EMEA merchandising SME in global forums
- Influence decisions with data-backed insights
- Represent regional learnings and guest behavior
- Advance activity-based and personalized merchandising
- Co-develop self-serve dashboards for merchandising and inventory health
- Integrate sustainability and repairability into assortment and PDP decisioning
- Mentor junior teammates in inventory-aware merchandising
