Requirements
- At least 3 years as General Maintenance / Repairs Technician or similar
- Proven home appliance repair experience
- Spare parts knowledge and supplier sourcing
- Attention to detail for inspections and reports
- Strong knowledge of maintenance/technical procedures
- Client-oriented with very good communication skills
- Comfortable traveling to multiple Vienna locations daily
- Valid Driver's License
- Schedule flexibility and emergency attendance
- Flexibility to work weekends (max 5 days/week)
- Great problem-solving skills
- Good German language skills
- Good English language skills
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
Tasks
- Perform general repairs and maintenance
- Conduct carpentry tasks
- Perform light painting
- Handle plumbing repairs
- Troubleshoot electrical issues
- Fix appliances
- Install and assemble furniture
- Install and assemble lighting
- Install and assemble mirrors
- Install other home furnishings
- Conduct apartment inspections
- Document maintenance issues
- Generate follow-up task lists
- Coordinate with external specialists
- Oversee specialist service delivery
- Complete follow-up checks
- Respond to guest maintenance concerns
- Deliver household items to properties
