Requirements
- Completed basic vocational training (EFZ) in electrical engineering or mechanics
- Several years of experience as an electrician
- Further training as an electrician
- Ideally experience in a manufacturing facility
- Basic knowledge of SAP
- Experience in proactive maintenance
- Experience implementing continuous improvement processes
- Communicative and helpful personality
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Flexibility and teamwork skills
- Hands-on attitude
- Basic English knowledge
Tasks
- Support the Maintenance team
- Conduct daily activities according to maintenance guidelines
- Enhance overall equipment and production line efficiency
- Plan and execute cost-effective, sustainable maintenance and repairs
- Serve as a point of contact for technical inquiries
- Collaborate with departments to analyze and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
- Coordinate repairs, new purchases, and contractor work
- Document maintenance and repair activities
- Conduct regular inspection rounds
- Test third-party suppliers using checklists
- Perform technical acceptance testing and commissioning
- Train employees on new systems
Work Experience
- approx. 1 - 4 years
Education
- Vocational certification
