Requirements

  • Apprenticeship in automation, mechatronics, polymechanics, production, electricity, or comparable
  • Experience in troubleshooting production and assembly equipment
  • Desirable NIV13/NIV15 certification or willingness to obtain
  • Teamwork, communication, motivation, and independent working style
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and SAP
  • Excellent German and advantageous basic English skills
  • Willingness to work 3-shift system and on-call

Tasks

  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues
  • Resolve equipment problems in the automated machinery park
  • Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
  • Service production machinery regularly
  • Collaborate with production cells and engineering teams
  • Coordinate with external service providers
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to lean management improvements
  • Follow established maintenance guidelines and procedures
  • Increase overall equipment and production line efficiency

Education

  • Vocational certification

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Basic
