- Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in maintenance, ideally in the manufacturing industry
- Solid knowledge of maintenance methods, fault analysis, reliability management, and TPM
- Experience with maintenance software and MS Office applications

- Team-oriented, assertive, and highly self-motivated
- Very good English skills, German language skills are an advantage
Tasks
- Ensure smooth operation of machinery and equipment
- Plan and coordinate maintenance activities for production facilities
- Analyze equipment malfunctions and conduct fault diagnostics
- Develop strategies to optimize equipment availability
- Implement preventive maintenance programs
- Create maintenance schedules for equipment operation
- Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Procurement departments
- Introduce new technologies for maintenance process improvement
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and safety standards
