  • •Completed technical education (higher technical school, technical college, or vocational education) with several years of technical experience
  • •Experience in engineering, mechatronics, electronics, or electrical engineering
  • •Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capability
  • •Responsibility, independence, and decision-making
  • •Willingness to learn and problem-solving skills
  • •Flexibility regarding changes (including coverage or priorities)
  • •On-call duty (regularly on weekends)
  • •Team player and proactive communication
  • •Systematic methods in problem solving (QRQC)
  • •Fluency in German and good English skills

Tasks

  • •Develop expertise in assigned production equipment
  • •Configure and install new equipment
  • •Repair and maintain equipment
  • •Monitor equipment performance and conduct systematic analysis
  • •Commission and requalify equipment with process engineers
  • •Resolve issues independently during on-call service
  • •Lead and participate in improvement projects for system optimization
  • •Liaise with equipment manufacturers and external service technicians
  • •Collaborate with internal teams in Production, Engineering, and Facility
  • •Create and maintain maintenance plans and procedures
  • •Document results and prepare work instructions and training materials
  • •Plan and conduct training sessions
  • •Manage spare parts inventory
