Requirements

  • 10+ years technical experience in industrial sites
  • Experience as Maintenance & Calibration Manager
  • Experience in large complex matrix environments
  • Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and EU guidelines
  • Good general technical knowledge
  • Rigorous, organized, factual, and results-oriented
  • Master’s degree in industrial engineering or related
  • Proficiency in German and English

Tasks

  • Lead maintenance and calibration process implementation
  • Collaborate on URS and maintainability reviews
  • Consult legacy plant experts for optimal integration
  • Support FMECA sessions for critical equipment
  • Design a local outsourcing strategy for technical activities
  • Manage service partners and spare part strategies
  • Build and empower a high-performance technical team
  • Align technical activities with local regulatory compliance
  • Develop maintenance SOPs and instructional documentation
  • Implement master data and CMMS processes
  • Support system FATs, commissioning, and start-ups
  • Manage skill transfers for autonomous production units
