- End to end product life cycle planning experience
- Visionary and catalyst leadership skills
- Deep GI and CRC domain expertise
- Ability to navigate regulatory and technical challenges
- Experience leading large teams across value chains
- Ability to lead as architect and coach
- Fostering of an inclusive culture
- Commercial ambition for portfolio competitive edge
- Proven global leadership and influence skills
- Ability to deliver strategies on budget
Tasks
- Define and execute a visionary 10-year strategy for the GI portfolio
- Prioritize breakthrough interventions in CRC and the RAS pathway
- Drive pipeline development to address high unmet needs
- Provide strategic insights to Research and Early Development teams
- Shape early pipeline asset strategies and Target Product Profiles
- Enable commercialization success for late-stage assets
- Ensure filing success for new indications through evidence generation
- Lead cross-functional teams across Clinical, Medical, and Commercial functions
- Identify high-value Business Development opportunities in the external landscape
- Provide expert strategic guidance during due diligence for GI cancers
- Optimize the value proposition for global assets
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders and patient advocacy groups
- Represent the portfolio to global regulatory bodies
- Manage full financial accountability for the lifecycle program
- Prioritize resources toward impactful clinical programs
