- •Serve as the global service representative for Women’s Health Ultrasound
- •Develop service strategies to drive growth and profitability
- •Lead lifecycle commercial strategy and tactical activities
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product roadmaps
- •Represent the sub-segment within the global service staff
- •Partner with product managers to ensure cohesive service strategies
- •Develop value propositions for service and design features
- •Drive service design inputs and ensure product launch readiness
- •Monitor regional service delivery and commercial performance
- •Enable best practice sharing across different regions
- •Ensure compliant and safe service delivery with regional teams
- •Manage service revenue targets and contract capture rates
- •Oversee installation, warranty, and contract cost-to-serve targets

- •Ensure compliance with quality systems and regulatory requirements
- •Incorporate the voice of the customer into development plans
