Requirements

  • •University degree in chemistry, electrochemistry, material science, physics, chemical engineering, process engineering, or comparable qualification
  • •Practical experience in battery cell development, preferably in an industrial environment
  • •Proven track record in LFP materials
  • •Strong analytical competence and teamwork skills
  • •High degree of self-initiative and target orientation
  • •Communicative skills in an interdisciplinary and international working environment
  • •Business fluent English language skills
  • •German language skills are a plus
  • •Willingness to travel internationally

Tasks

  • •Evaluate Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) cathode materials
  • •Design cathode electrodes to meet customer specifications
  • •Plan and execute experiments with the development team
  • •Conduct efficient experimental campaigns for LFP materials
  • •Provide recommendations for LFP material implementation
  • •Investigate relationships between LFP material properties and battery performance
  • •Characterize LFP cathode materials using various methods
  • •Predict cell performance based on material testing
  • •Lead technical discussions with LFP material suppliers
  • •Stay updated on advancements in LFP material technology
