You will drive the digital transformation by managing legal technology projects and AI initiatives. Your day-to-day involves optimizing processes and data quality to strengthen the legal department.

Requirements

• •Degree in Law, Business, IT, or related
• •3-5 years of project management experience
• •Strong MS Office, Excel, and Word skills
• •Experience with database systems (advantageous)

Tasks

• •Manage mid-scale digitalization initiatives independently
• •Contribute to large cross-departmental programs
• •Drive tool enhancements and workflow optimizations
• •Conduct requirements engineering and maintain documentation
• •Manage test processes and system implementations
• •Maintain content and lifecycles for legal platforms
• •Govern policy-related content and version accuracy
• •Coordinate implementation discussions with technical teams
• •Develop insightful reports and data analyses
• •Ensure high data quality across all systems
• •Define project scopes, timelines, and resource needs
• •Monitor progress and provide stakeholder updates
• •Implement industry best practices and PM coaching
• •Facilitate organizational knowledge hubs and influence centers
• •Design an intuitive intranet for best-practice sharing
• •Provide global key user support and training
• •Mitigate knowledge loss during staff transitions
• •Identify opportunities for automation and AI enhancements
• •Act as an AI ambassador during tool piloting
