Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • •Clinical experience with medical devices, ideally with Cardiac Rhythm Management products
  • •Comfortable working in medical environments including labs and hospitals
  • •Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex devices
  • •Proven ability to lead and influence customers confidently
  • •Experience with medical simulators (e.g. Mentice, CAE Healthcare), professional training, and/or sales experience is a plus
  • •Excellent communication and presentation skills in both German and English
  • •Willingness to travel extensively within Austria and the EMEA region

Tasks

  • •Provide primary case support for leadless implants
  • •Apply best practices and clinical data during procedures
  • •Collaborate with sales teams to promote leadless therapy
  • •Transfer technical knowledge to local sales teams
  • •Facilitate physician training programs in EMEA
  • •Build relationships with physician implanters
  • •Organize local education and training activities
  • •Deliver simulated procedures and troubleshooting sessions
  • •Assist in certifying Abbott personnel
  • •Manage case tracking and monitor physician training progress
  • •Provide feedback to enhance customer experience
