- Onboard and work with customer teams to solve real-world problems
- Write and test Python code to enhance customer experience
- Influence Taktile’s product roadmap with customer insights
- Create reusable collateral and best practices for solution engineering
- Lead discovery for new use cases and assess product-solution fit
- Provide feedback to the product team and share discovery results
- Mentor others on customer engagement and technical strategy
