Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Hands-on experience in Solution Architecture and Development in Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Salesforce B2C Commerce
- Solid Knowledge/Awareness of MACH Architecture
- Practical experience in Open Source Stack (Java and Springboot or React and NodeJs, Docker, Container Orchestration tools like Kubernetes, AWS or Azure Cloud)
- Proven leadership experience in managing cross functional teams
- Good understanding of mobile development platforms
- Experience in project and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Fluent English; German language skills are a plus
Tasks
- Lead a team of Software Engineers and Developers
- Drive tech delivery and solution architecture for web and mobile projects
- Implement continuous improvements for eCommerce and mobile applications
- Coordinate solution design and development with internal and external teams
- Support budget discussions for the web and mobile area
- Plan capacity for the IT team's roadmap and backlog
- Oversee code quality and define coding standards and guidelines
- Ensure security, test automation, and technical documentation
- Present solutions and estimates to IT leadership and business owners
- Ensure adherence to IT processes, policies, and guidelines
