Tasks
- Develop an understanding of customer challenges through market interactions and research
- Create value-oriented messaging that highlights our value proposition and differentiation
- Produce marketing content for the entire customer sales and adoption lifecycle
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create programs that drive demand and sales pipeline growth
- Represent the company at conferences and customer meetings in a credible manner
- Influence product roadmap decisions in partnership with product management
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Provide regular updates on market developments and recommend strategic responses
- Conduct win/loss interviews and quarterly analyses to gather competitive insights
- Monitor competitive strategies and recommend improvements based on effectiveness
