Requirements

  • •Significant product management experience in retail brokerage, trading, or investing platforms
  • •Experience at MiFID2 or regulated fintech or bank ideally
  • •Deep understanding of capital markets, order execution, clearing, settlement, corporate actions, and taxation
  • •Understanding of market infrastructure including exchanges, market makers, custodians, and intermediaries
  • •Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills
  • •Independent working style
  • •Strong communication and translation of complex topics into product direction
  • •Collaborative and pragmatic approach in regulated environments
  • •Passion for accessible investing and building intuitive ETF and stock platforms

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Drive the evolution of the securities trading platform
  • •Own the ETF and stock product lifecycle
  • •Define roadmaps linking front-end features to back-end systems
  • •Translate complex securities flows into intuitive user experiences
  • •Manage securities data and corporate action processes
  • •Cultivate and oversee strategic product partnerships
  • •Build automated workflows for regulatory compliance
  • •Ensure accurate portfolio impacts and client notifications
  • •Bridge traditional finance with digital asset opportunities
