- Ensure architectural compliance and delivery of business value
- Collaborate with technical leads for seamless integration of architectures
- Identify opportunities to streamline the application landscape
- Drive IT process improvements and adopt industry best practices
- Foster a collaborative culture across global teams
- Balance strategic initiatives with tactical demands for coherent roadmaps
- Maintain a deep understanding of the derivatives trade lifecycle and trends
