- Ability to work with C-suite and diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of stakeholder needs
- Collaborative, positive and solution-oriented teamwork
- Outstanding verbal and written English communication
- Good analytical capabilities
Tasks
- Manage end-to-end planning and delivery of the Materials Collaboration workstream
- Translate strategic objectives into clear annual workplans
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
- Act as the primary focal point for government and institutional partners
- Lead stakeholder insights-gathering on international materials collaboration pathways
- Synthesize findings on materials efficiency, trade, and governance
- Design and deliver dialogue sessions at major international events
- Write briefing papers and articles to inform policy and business decisions
- Engage senior leaders to build momentum around materials collaboration
- Lead engagement on regional materials and circular economy cooperation
- Convene regional dialogue sessions at APAC platforms
- Integrate global industry perspectives into regional discussions
- Develop briefing papers capturing regional insights and best practices
- Disseminate regional findings to global audiences
- Support partner-led engagement at priority international events
- Leverage the Forum’s network to involve business and expert voices
- Integrate APAC and Japan perspectives into international cooperation discussions
