- Translate AI capabilities into business value
- Manage stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate with clients to define project scope
- Estimate project effort and develop proposals
- Support proposal writing and client pitches
- Contribute technical expertise to the sales process
- Develop engineers through code reviews and technical sparring
- Provide direct feedback to team members
- Drive AI agent integration into the development lifecycle
- Implement AI-assisted coding, automated code reviews, and intelligent test generation
- Define how agentic tools transform the SDLC
- Develop GenAI solutions and review code
- Set technical standards for the team
- Define KPI frameworks for GenAI solution performance
- Ensure consistent application of KPIs
